The character
Lallo Gadenz (1929 – 2006)
Primierotto mountaineer and photographer, Lallo Gadenz was the son of the famous Nanni. Nicknamed the “photo-rocker”, Lallo modernized the technique and cut of his images, operating mainly in black and white. His portfolio, inspired by the essential style of the Pedrotti brothers, ranges from accounts of Primiero’s rural society in the 1950s to the clean lines of the striking Dolomite profiles.
